All 3 of my party members got sick at San Diego with the Carne Asada Nachos. I started projectile vomiting at 2am, husband had diarrhea at the same time, and my little brother had projectile vomit starting at 4am. 2 adults, 2 children, from 1 to 5 hours after eating. The youngest stated top complain of stomach pain and threw up, then the adults, then the oldest child. Symptoms are still occurring through next day. Urgent care confirmed food poisoning. Flu tests came back negative.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
