I ate chicken fettuccine Alfredo from hungry as a wolf. Eating it was so unpleasant. Sure enough 8 hours later I’m feeling so unwell. I’m in pain and throwing up and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills
