Hours after eating red potatoes that were throughly washed, I vomited for several hours while having diarrhea at the same time. The next morning vomiting has subsided but still feel very weak, have a fever and occasional diarrhea throughly the day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Weakness

I bought a pre-made salad (chicken caesar) and started feeling bad in about four hours. My symptoms were like e-coli poisoning: 101 fever for over 24 hours, diarrhea and nausea. My stomach felt like it was brewing beer and was super hot.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

I ate a sushi salad from the to go sushi section. I bought it Saturday night and ate it right when I got home. I woke up at 2 am with horrible nausea. I began vomiting at 6am and it continued to vomit until 2pm. Needless to say, my Easter was completely ruined as I could not get out of bed all day.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
