I had it 12/8/19, which was the only thing I had eaten all day. A few hours after eating it I ran a fever, vomiting, and severe diarrhea. I missed work 12/9/19 due to being extremely sick. It was a very horrible experience.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever

ate pizza last night with sauce, ham, mushrooms, spinach, basil, and bell peppers. no cheese. woke up this morning with stomach cramps. threw up around 9:30 and again at 12:30. noticed whole pieces of undigested mushrooms in stool and vomit. this sucks.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
