This occurred on July 10 2024, ate lunch there (Wild Mediterranean), a few hrs I experienced diarrhea and nasesea, I'm currently on day 3 and still feeling shitty on my vacation. Seemed like a great place with a great menu but after feeling this way, I will never go back.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

I ordered ice cream from McDonald on 08.07.2024, the next day I had nausea, diarrhea, fever, vomiting, stomach and liver pain. I went to the doctor and hospital.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps
