I ate Wingstop (5 pc chicken tender with fries) and I layed down afterwards for a nap. But I suddenly woken up to me having to poop and I felt nauseous. But later on in the day I threw up 2 times and I passed out.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
