I got horribly sick from nachos at a vendor at Pepsi Center on September 4. I am fairly sure it was the jalapenos on the nachos because my friend who also had the nachos (but no jalapenos) did not get sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Just had a simple hot dog and was up all night with severe stomach pains, dizziness and diarrhea. Friend had chicken strips from the same stand and experienced the same.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Stomach Pain
