I had an infection which caused severe diarrhea and stomach pains for weeks. I could not eat most foods, could not move from the washroom, went to the emergency clinic where they injected me with a strong pain killer (which did not help for long), and had to go on anti biotics  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

Had mussels and their shrimp lobster Alfredo pasta. My husband never had the mussels but I did pour the sauce from.them onto the pasta to make it more flavorful. I didn't eat much pasta but my husband ate most of it. We are both violently ill within 6 hours of eating. I've never puked so much.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Lucky Charms Galactic cereal  Green stool, stomach pain, abdominal cramps, headache, nausea, vomiting. Only one ate the cereal (without milk) and that individual got sick.
