I purchased a box meal ate at 6:30 pm on Tuesday 11th September at 3:30 the following morning stomach cramps started. And then violent diarrhoea abs severe head aches even had blood in my stools sample been sent to hospital only started to eat again today after 4 and a half days no food just water  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

Normally issue free, been ordering for past 8 years.

Ordered 2 pizzas, 1 pepperoni and Meteor. Younger brother got sick 3 hours later vomiting and throwing up everything, very unpleasant. We are at 6:45 pm, 10:15 I rushed in to find him violently sick. Not cool, someone… See more

we had a meal in Ikea as we were shopping my daughter had the meatballs gravy and mash potato, she was ill through the night with vomiting and all standard food poisoning symptoms.
this was Sat 15th Sep in the afternoon.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

2 of us had cold drinks around 3pm today. Strawberry milk shake and a chocolate iced milk drink.
Both have severe nausea and bloating, abdominal pain and diarrhoea. Also feeling cold and shivery.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Bloating, Stomach Pain

I ate a chicken sandwich and a cookie 8 pm 4 - 5 hours later up through the night with chills, sickness, nausea, sweats, bad stomach cramps. Diarrhea followed in the morning!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills, Sweating
