About 8-9pm today (09.06.2018)I bought a Spicy Chicken
snack wrap in Ipswich 2 Hening Ave, IP3 9QJ, at 12am I began to feel nauseated and and started to vomiting. MacDonalds was all I had eaten that evening (from 3pm)  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Yesterday (8/6/18) ate a original recipe burger, began to feel sick after first bite but carried on. Are rest of burger and was feeling sick all afternoon. Got home had diorhea and vomited 4 times. Was fine after got it out so evidently food positing  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I had a mc Donald’s breakfast wrap with bacon,cheese,hash brown, egg I felt fine on Monday afternoon but woke up on Tuesday with severe dihorrea and have had it for over 24hrs also very bad stomach cramps as well  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

Second time this happens to me both from the same restaurant. After 4 hours of my lunch I started feeling week and nauseous and my fever went up.Afterwards I kept throwing up and having diarhea throuout the whole night  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
