ordered the spanish sizzler but changed the chorizo to pepperoni. About 6 hours i started to feel really nausea, then about 8 hours later I have had diarrhea 4 times so far. Feeling a lot more nausea now and stomach pains.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
