We ate at 7pm and had butterfly chicken/chicken wrap with chips and red pepper dip. Within 2 hours my partner was violently sick and 3 hours I started very violently being sick and have done a few times now.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

Went to McDonald's yesterday afternoon with my mum and 7yr old son - we had two cheeseburgers and to medium fries. Me and my mum had the burgers, within 2-3hrs we both started feeling sick. Come the evening we were both up all night vomiting, diarrhoea, fever, shivers etc  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
