Had a billionaire got chocolate in here yesterday afternoon. Instant vommitting and diahorea lasting well over 24hrs. Hallucinating. I have no idea what they put in that but I am seriously not well. Going to walk in centre.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Bought fish fillet meal from McDonald’s on Tuesday 00:00 at the exacape McDonald’s. The next day felt sick, I felt uncomfortable and nauseous in the morning. In the evening I threw up everything I ate and I never throw up so it was really bad. Day 2 and I still feel sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
