I had the slider app and some queso. I also had a gin and tonic with a lime. I started vomiting later that evening and through the next day. My vomiting was relieved by the occasional break for bowel explosions. It was a very interesting weekend.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

The nearly two dozen photos show what appears to be spoiled milk, moldy cheese, expired drinks, and a dirty bathroom. The Pima County Health Department closed the restaurant on Monday after getting a complaint.The health department's reported cited moldy cookies and malfunctioning plumbing.
