My wife and I (among other things) had the Ahi Tuna Poke. It had a sharp taste described by us as giving an itchy feeling in our mouth. An hour later we had severe diarrhea and vomiting that lasted about 2 hours. It seems to have been scombroid food poisoning as everything point to the symptoms  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

My husband and I dined at Iguana Joes on 101318. I had nachos he had chicken wings and spicy shrimp. I was sick with diarrhea vomiting nausea and fever from 101518-101718. My husband was sick on 101718. We spoke to another couple who had the same symptoms… See more

Late lunch outside bar/ restaurant on the beach. I had Caesar salad with fish,for desert ordered cut up fresh fruit plate with yogurt dip . About 3 hr later I started vomiting and diareah, it was so much coming out it was dangerous....after 1 hr my husband… See more
