Eat a ripper combo at 10am Monday 6th.. started feeling sick before dinner that night. Diarrhoea nausea and bed ridden untill now Wednesday 12:30.

Still unsure if I'll be able to return to work tomorrow.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

Vomited the hole night, plus a strong diarreia, while I am writing. I thought was just Brookside one, never return after dark dark expired lettuce on my BugMac, I had asked for change came back the same. Never again.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I ordered Meatball Sub, footlong at 1.30pm, consume it at 2.30pm and sleep. I wake up at 1.30am took tons of sh*t and reheat the remaining 6” at 3.20am (30th April 2022) to eat it  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
