My brother and his friend got McDonald’s from here because it was halal and there was a meal (idk the name of the meal) I ate some nuggets and fries and coke but the after I felt like I was gonna puke  | Symptoms: Nausea

October 13 at about 7pm symptoms of diarrhoea started. Had this midday that day, I had a BMT 6 inch sub. I think that may be the cause About 7 hours after eating there. Still have diarrhoea now at 3pm October 15  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
