I bought a bacon deluxe meal with some chicken nuggets this afternoon at 3pm. I hadn’t eaten anything all day prior to this as I was busy at work and this was the first and only meal of my day. About 5 hours later I started getting strong stomach pain and have had diarrhea for the past hour.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
