2 year old daughter had a 6 nugget happy meal 2 Friday’s ago, and had been suffering bad fevers and cramps since. Took her to the hospital and a case of Salmonella was confirmed via stool samples. Can only trace this back to McDonald’s nuggets. Albsolute nightmare since  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps

I ate the bacon and cheese burger (beef) which I’ve had before. On this particular occasion before my birthday I woke up early morning with slight Diarrhea, severe bloating/gastric distress and nausea. I spent my birthday on bed and started to feel better after trialling home remedies.… See more

fries were not cooked with fresh oil, they were brownish and not golden and crunchy, very off putting, their big macs were disgusting, too much sauce covering up off meat and were cold, their thick shakes were very watery, and didn't get the right nuggets, my family… See more

Saturday 9th Feb 2019.had a slurpee that was labelled mango but looked like raspberry. Within 20 - 30 minutes of starting it I got stomach ache which developed into cramps and diarrhoea. Stomach cramps remained all day. Next day still have stomach ache.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
