Within about two hours of eating tom yum soup with chicken and a chicken stir fry I experienced the following symptoms:
[1] I began to feel as if I had a fever and was overcome by severe nausea and vertigo
[2] About 3 hours after eating the

food I began to violently vomit and this continued repeatedly for about 15 minutes.
[3] About half an hour after the first round of violent vomiting it happened again for another half hour - I was unable to stop throwing up.
[4] This was only last night. I have had severe nausea and pain throughout my stomach, throat and digestive track, with the runs, and I still feel like I have a fever.
[5] While vomiting, I was overwhelmed by what tasted like rotten cilantro and a burning noxious chemical taste that I cannot identify but it did not resemble food.
[6] I have ordered this same dish from this same location over 50 times in 3 years and hundreds of times from their Montreal locations.
[7] It is obvious that this food poisoning is either a result of food-borne disease or the use of toxic ingredients not normally present in the food of this location.
I suspect this may be the result of a cost saving measure by this franchisee due to inflation and associated increased costs of fresh produce. I want to know what I was exposed to such that other people do not have to be made profoundly ill.
