very rare for me) and I felt slightly better afterwards but my stomach continued to feel uncomfortable. For about 2-3 days after I could hardly eat anything and had diarrhea every couple hours. I also had a headache and general unwell feeling for about 4-5 days after, unsure if that is related.

Saturday and my abdomen is still tender and I am nauseous but improved since yesterday. This was the only thing I ate on Thursday other than a slice of toast and symptoms were sudden and severe. My mother is a doctor and believes it was salmonella secondary to undercooked chicken given my symptoms.
