the middle of the street, he passed out for a brief second then came back after I shook him. I also had intense stomach cramps and feeling of diarrhea since then. Till now however, the pain is gone but the feeling of needing to go to the washroom is still there and nausea as well, tried many times but nothing came out. Same for my husband. I'm not sure what this is, food poisoning? Lucky Charms Galactic cereal  Green stool, stomach pain, abdominal cramps, headache, nausea, vomiting. Only one ate the cereal (without milk) and that individual got sick. Tested the waters yesterday again as a friend purchased it, and I said i’m so going to have diarrhea.
