I ate a chicken on flatbread with marinara sauce and vegetables. 25 minutes later I started feeling extremely nauseous. I got home was on the toilet for about 15 minutes, got up, took a pepto bismo pill, literally 10 seconds I puked out everything.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I had the pull away chicken, fries, biscuit and a tablespoon of their mashed potatoes with gravy. Also had 1 side of buffalo sauce and 1 side of ranch.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Bought/cooked the stuffed salmon from the prepared meal section. Within 2 hrs of eating, both my spouse and i were vomiting and had diarrhea, It's been two days and we are still sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
