Severe food positioning symptoms (vomiting, nausea, chills) about 5 hours after consumption. Has not cleared up 24 hours later. Ironically the cashier chanted « wash your hands » to the other employees intermittently.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
