I ate at the buffet at I had pizza, fries, bacon, a taste of mashed potatoes. Within two hours I couldn’t stop vomiting and diarrhea. Tons of cramping in my stomach. My entire body feels like I have the flu  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps
