My husband was poisoned with Salmonella from Excellence El Carmen. I have attempted to reach the resort many times however they will not acknowledge me. My husband has been hospitalized 24 days, emergency surgery and no discharge date yet due to the destruction caused by the bacteria.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills
