We stayed at Cofresi Palm in Puerto Plata from February 22 to March 1 and all 4 people in our family became very sick (vomiting, diarrhea, nausea). This has been ongoing for several days.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

We went to Isla Saona on February 22 of this year, Klub Saona, and the next day I started with abdominal pain and very severe diarrhea, with general malaise and dehydration. I had to take antibiotics and Loperamide Spoiled or contaminated food  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain

Feb 18, 2026 Uncooked fish and food handling at the buffet I think I was violently ill for about eight hours, vomiting. I was then very unwell for the next five days. In addition to, I believe the seafood was uncooked at the buffet. I also saw the staff handling the salmon with her bare hands.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea
