I purchased a day trip from Dominican emotion for travel on 1/16. The only thing we had to eat that day was at the isla catalina buffet and shortly after coming back to our hotel, my partner and I got severe food poisoning. Our entire party of 4 developed acute food poisoning on the 2nd day of our 4 day visit. We are still dealing with symptoms after 4 days and had to go to the ER when we got home to get IV fluids and ciprofloxacin.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
