Hello, my 9 year old daughter was with her father at McDonald's dinner on Sunday.
She had a burgher and fries.
Last night it started with severe stomach cramps, nausea, vomiting and quite severe diarrhea. 😡

Order menu with macaroni & cheese lover chicken, fries, mayo, drink
on 22.05.2022 approx. 8:30pm
Was delicious and not conspicuous until then.
It then started around 11:30pm. Nausea only shortly after vomiting
