Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills
Suspected source: Hot snack after takeoff, it was a soya chicken with noodles and the smell was a bit strange. Started vomiting 3-4 hrs after.
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: Several days
