I had panner salad with panner ,lettuce,onion,tomatoes, olives, jalapeno,green chilly and fat free sauces at 9.15 pm on 4.dec.2018.. and had an terrifying stomach ache from 10 pm.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

I ate Burger king burger at Cochin international airport inside departure gate.The grilled chicken was unusually soft.After having it I had severe diaerreah which emptied my complete stomach.Here after I will not eat anything at Burger king.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I ordered special chicken biriyani from hyderabad chefs. Few of the pieces have a very stale smell and taste. As not all the pieces were spoilt, it was difficult to spot it , but after coming across 2 such pieces it was evident that few pieces were spoilt.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
