I believe I have food poisoning. Developed stomach cramps over night followed by diarrhea all day with a headache. I have been careful with water and have not used tap and use the bottle water for brushing teeth. Hoping for relief soon?  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Headache

Diarrhea started overnight after four days at the resort, came home with it continuing, went to dr and tested positive for Giardia; others in group also sick tested positive for E Coli. Stayed there Jan 31-Feb 7  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
