We ordered pizzas on Friday for a work meeting in the office and the next day we got sick, it's the last time we consume here.
We think it was vegetarian pizza because two people didn't consume it and they were saved.

Was at here and didn’t leave the resort. I was there 5 days and left May 17. I’ve had terrible stomach pain and diarrhea since I left. Medication hasn’t cured it. My travel companion also got sick and also had vomiting in addition to her other symptoms  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

Me and my adult family got sick on 5th May 2022. Severe diarrhoea and stomach cramps and fatigue. Had tests after returning home and tested positive for salmonella and shigella food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Fatigue

I have had extreme abdominal pain and constipation, diarrhea, cramps, fatigue, muscle aches (one side of my body in lower back)… tested negative for COVID-19. Have visited Sayulita many times in the past and have never had an issue. Not sure if it’s from food or water… See more

15 in total that we have spoken to out of 18 people with diarrhoea, nausea and cramping. Not sure of source but have all only eaten at the hotel. Tui reps spoken to hotel but refusing to do anything without a doctors note from everyone at £180pp.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
