Onset: Not sure

Additional information: I am dieting only with water, rice and tea, taking sertal compound and loperamide but I still don't get better

We were in xcaret park on march 26 2025 and in one restaurant (oaxaca restaurant) we ate food where after a few hours my daughter felt very bad her stomach hurt and she started vomiting and it forced us to leave that park immediately.
