Caramel Swirl Gateu cake 2 of us got sick. Severe sharp pain in the lower abdomen, couldn't sleep, was weakened by the painful vomiting of green stuff and we both experienced the same symptoms. I ate a vegan Beyond Burger and felt fine. I went to be and my stomach had light cramps, but at 2 am I vomited everything I ate and ever hour after that, I vomited bile and I feel nauseated now and fatigued.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Cramps, Fatigue, Bile
