Air Canada, Flight AC 821, from Barcelona to Toronto

Was sick on October 23 and 24, 2023. Flight was on October 23rd, 2023. I think it was the inflight meals that caused the symptoms. Flight number was AC 821. Symptoms started to appear around 4-5 hours after we landed.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
