6.18.16 about 1pm a chicken tostada salad. I got nausea about 1 Hr after 3 hrs later I can't stop throwing up. The food looked odd I had to stop eating it after a bite into a piece of chicken that was an awful texture and the lettuce was old  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
