On Tuesday 1st oc 2024 my wife had cod bites and chips,we had other meals about 20 mins after consumption, she had really bad bouts of sickness and Diarrhoea from what could only be from a bad batch of fish ,was reported to council  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

Smoked Turkey Sausage (deli/lunch/sandwich meat)
Use by date was 8th Sept 25.
Felt nauseous 10 mins after eating half the sandwich, stopped eating. Battled nausea for 1 hour without throwing up.
3 hours later, throwing up, severe cramps and diarrhoea, fever, chills, sweating  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Sweating

6th March until 8th March, their tortilla 100% I ate tortilla and gave a piece to my dod as well. Dog was also extremely ill. Rest of family were all fine. They didn't eat any tortilla but everything else food wise we ate was the same.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
