Saturday 16th September 5:30pm had chicken wings. Got up Sunday morning with painful cramps. Went to the toilet them started vomiting. Mega tired and had headache and fever  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Headache
