Yesterday, Ramen soup from here Sent back the first bowl as the noodles were clammy and powdery and sticking together they sent a replacement and the taste of the menma was off and slimy but felt bad to send again so just didn't eat that part but still ended up feeling unwell  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

On the 16th of January i went to Trafford Centre. I ate at this place. Came home and few hours later i started having stomach cramps which were quiet bad along with nausea. Woke up on the 17th to have severe stomach pains /cramps diarrhea and vomiting. Now having to go A&E.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain

An m&s duck wrap Bought a Chinese duck wrap from there on 6th September. It was the only food eaten all day so I know it was this. 9 hours after shivering, nausea and a fever started.
