I had a plant burger Tuesday evening then fell very ill Thursday early morning with diarrhoea and a fever. My stool sample was sent for testing and it came back I had food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache

My son and I ate a chicken Caesar wrap yesterday 10th June 2026. The expiry date was 11th June. Within half hour we felt sick and later had stomach cramps, diarrhoea, headache, dizziness and weakness. Tuesday 9th June. Purchased tesco korean style chicken dragon rolls for lunch. At 11.30pm that night violent projectile vomiting and liquid faeces for 5 hours. Ambulance called. 3 bags of IV fluid.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
