Last night from here, I had a bbq bacon stack and fries I was nauseous after the meal and was sick within an hour of eating it then 3 times later all before midnight , today have had Diarrhoea and headache and dissines  | Symptoms: Headache, Diarrhea, Nausea, Dizziness

I ordered a double cheese burger and large chips around 11 but by 2 I was consistently vomiting every 10 minutes which continued throughout the evening till 10 where I got a high fever but due to medicine I got better and stopped the constant vomiting however… See more

My partner ate a garlic mayo wrap, at around 2pm she did not have breakfast but when she arrived at work at 4pm she started to feel unwell. Around 7pm she was vomiting  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
