My 9 year old son had just plain cheese and tomato pizza last night at 5pm he only had school dinner at school which it can’t be that as other children would have been ill. My son woke up at 5:30am this morning with stomach aches and he started to be sick and he has been sick on/ off all day  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
