I had a mcdonald's around 12:30pm yesterday and then at around 5pm i started getting stomach pains and then the vomiting came at around 7:40pm and it is now 11:13am the next day and i'm still vomiting and now got the runs  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Got really sick for a whole week after having a burger at Broadway Market in London. It's a great place to visit, I would just be very careful with the food there, especially meat. My friend had something without meat and didn't get sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
