I thought the quarter pounders tasted strange. Within 1 hour i was throwing up violently and crapping at the same time in the bathtub with the shower running to keep me cleaned off. Lost 10 lbs aand wound up in ER. The manager offered me a free meal when I reported it to him.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Marie Callender’s creamy mushroom chicken pot pie large size I ate it at around 10 am.  Diarrhea started at about noon, vague nauseated feeling and violently throwing up by 4:45.  It happened Today.  may 21, 2021.

Had breakfast crosisant with sausage and diet Dr Pepper. Headache and Nausea within 2 hours with temperature of 100.6. Also stomach cramps. Cannot eat anything or take Tylenol without nausea.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache
