Had pan pizza which appeared off and undercooked. Me and another individual developed systems the next morning. Only thing we ate in common. The other individual ended up in the ER later that night due to their symptoms.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache

I have been feeling very sick with symptoms similar to a stomach virus or food poisoning for the last few days.
