I ate at 12:30pm 2/14/17 I had orange chicken chow mein chicken egg roll beer and brocccoli. I am throwing up broccoli cannot keep anything down have terrible tummy ache very nauseated and shaking  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

A few hours after eating at this Chipotle location I began experiencing severe stomach cramps and diarrhea. I went to work the next day feeling sick and after a few hours I was sent home. For the next 48 hours I had diarrhea, stomach pain, nausea, and extreme fatigue. I also had a fever of 101.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Fatigue, Stomach Pain, Cramps
