I ate lunch around 1130 at this location on June 16th, 2017. I left to go on a flight to Guadalajara Mexico and became ill enroute. Diarrhea First, and then vomiting. Had to go to a clinic. Still recovering.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate 2 sausage egg and cheese mcmuffins, a few hours later I started getting a fever. After that I was in the bathroom for hours vomiting and having diahrreah for about 12-15 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
