Nov. 28 about 6pm Ate Chicken Meatballs with gravy, Potatoes Au Gratin, Carrots, Purple Cabbage. In an 1-2 hour stomach cramps, then nausea and vomiting, then severe diarrhea. Food was served slightly warm!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

My mother ate at IKEA on 11/6/2016 where she ate the Salmon Caesar Salad. Since then, she has been bedridden with diarrhea. She has taken anti-diarhheals, but not even those worked  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Bought frozen veggie balls at IKEA, kept in freezer as directed and a few hours later ate them after hearing and got immediate diarrhea. Tried again after a few days and got diarrhea once again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
