happy meal I bought my daughter a happy meal (which was the only thing she ate today) and about 5 hours later she started complaining about a stomach ache. Then the vomiting and diarrhea started.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Today, October 1st., at approximately 12pm, I ordered three
tacos on a flour tortilla. Other ingredients included chicken, black beans, mild sauce, and shredded cheese. Soon after I finished my meal I started experiencing stomach pains, follwed closely by numerous trips(diarrhea) to the bathroom  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
